Service Payments
- Payments made for IT services, consulting, or subscriptions are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
- If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only if:
- A duplicate payment is made
- A payment is processed incorrectly
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Cancellation
Clients must submit cancellation requests in writing via email.
